Kerala Fish Fry  For most Keralites fish is one of our staple food. It is marinated with salt, turmeric, chilly powder and deep fried. This is served with plain rice and some coconut based vegetable curry.
 Chicken Biryani  A dish that has ‘festive’ written all over it. Guests, celebrations, warmth and deliciousness resonates with this sumptuous dish.
 Chicken Masala  Chicken in a thick gravy soaked in an aroma of well crafted spices. Reminds me of my mom’s specialities.
 Kadala Curry  Thick coconut based chickpeas curry. Coconuts are an intrinsic part of Kerala dishes. In fact not just cooking, literally every part of the tree is used in various forms. From oil, to mats to brooms. You name it and we make it.
 Chana Masala  A protein rich curry  made out of Garbanzo beans or kabuli chana  usually served with chapatis, puris or baturas. It is my definition of comfort food.
 Dosa with Onion Chutney  No south Indian breakfast is complete without our dosas and chutneys. I owe this recipe to my mother in law.
 Liver Curry  A human being’s way to the heart is through his/her stomach should have been the saying. My man cooking up a storm in the kitchen!
 Prawns fry kerala style  As they say eat with your eyes first. Some macro magic.
 Tea Time  Tea is an instant mood lifter. A good book, a warm blanket and a hot cup of tea brightens up any gloomy day.
